Treatment Implementation Pending

When risk treatment planning section is complete, it appears in the Treatment Implementation pending.

If fields like Implemented by, Actual date are left blank or removed at any stage, it will appear in this stage and highlighted.

If Implemented By and Actual Date is empty, then these fields are auto populated with logged in user and Current Date.

The user who has implemented the change should be selected in Implemented by and actual date should be selected.
