Legal and Other Requirements Management

LOR management module is designed to identify legislations and regulations based on applicable standards and geographical locations of the sites in the organisation. The applicable legislations are based on applicable standards – ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO45001 etc and the legislations related to these standards are country specific and also some legislations are specific to the applicable states in the country or even local government (council etc).

The benefits of LOR management include:

Identification of applicable LOR based on applicable standards and geographical location(s) of the site(s). Management of the identified LOR for compliance Auto cross referencing to applicable OFI and auto updates as OFI progressed to closure Auto updates of LOR periodically based on master LOR updates

In the LOR dashboard we display all of your Legal and Other Requirements (LORs). This information tells you the current status and stage of each LOR. This way, you can easily see an overview of your LORs. This helps you keep track of your LORs more conveniently.
Here You have TO DO list which contains two sections: "My" and "Team".

  • My : My section refers to the LORs assigned with logged in users
  • Team : Team section refers to all the team LORs.

The "Recent Activity widget" displays LORs that were recently updated.

Additionally, You can view filtered LORs by clicking on widgets, such as Total LORs, Compliance LORs, and Pending LORs, to see the corresponding filtered LORs.
