Risk Register

Click on Risk Register Set up to view the listing of risk registers.
Click on create new risk register to create a new risk register.
Fill in all the details and select the optional columns and applicable standards.
If you want more standards to be displayed in the standard list, please manage them in the Standard.

Before deleting a risk register, make sure you delete all risk using the Delete All Risks button in the end.
